Confirmations 2024. Registration is now open for classes for children of the parish who will be 12 years of age by June 1, 2024. Classes will begin on Sun, Sept 3, 2023. They are held in Classrooms 2 & 3, at 2:45 pm (i.e. after the High Mass). In order to register, you must have a copy of your child’s Baptism certificate. Please pick up forms in the bookstore. The deadline for registration is today, Sun, Aug 27.

NB. Children enrolled in catechism classes must belong to families that are parishioners and regularly attend the parish. This is for the benefit of the enrolled children: limiting class sizes to something reasonable and also giving an opportunity for the children to make Catholic friends that will continue to be a part of their parish life during adolescence.

This Sunday, the Little Flowers will host a fundraiser lunch in one of the classrooms, after the High Mass.

The funeral Mass for our parishioner Pietro Lopresti will be held on Wed, Aug 30, at 10 am. A Rosary will be prayed before the Mass. Burial will follow in Lodi. Parishioners are welcome to attend any or all of the burial ceremonies on behalf of Pietro. Please keep him in your prayers.

First Friday & First Saturday fall this week.

The Little Flowers, Rosa Mystica, and the Sodality of the Blessed Virgin Mary will meet for the first time this academic year on Sat, Sept 2, after the 8:30 am Mass. Please note that the expectation for all three groups is that the young ladies will attend the 8:30 am Mass!

Fr McWhirter will return to the parish on Tues, Aug 29.
