A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all!
We are quickly approaching Epiphany and our January meeting a week and a day later on January 14th.
We will continue our reading of The Napoleon of Notting Hill, this month discussing Book IV.
- Chapter I – The Battle of the Lamps
- Chapter II – The Correspondent of the “Court Journal”
- Chapter III – The Great Army of South Kensington
That leaves us with the final book of three chapters to discuss at our February meeting, and then on to a new book for March. Plans are to read The Outline of Sanity next in order to get an exposure to Chesterton’s take on Distributism (or Localism, as some are trying to more helpfully label it). After that, I’ve had a request to put Orthodoxy on the agenda.
